Harvesting with Purpose

We begin by responsibly sourcing beech wood, chosen for its remarkable natural strength and sustainable growth cycle. This wood is carefully harvested and processed to ensure our environmental standards remain uncompromised.

The harvested wood is chipped and gently pulped through a specialised chemical process, converting the wood into a semi-liquid, viscous substance known as pulp. This step transforms raw material into the first essential layer of AuraCloud™’s unparalleled softness and purity.

With absolute care, we treat these fibres to maximise durability and smoothness. Using a refined sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide process, we create a unique cellulose xanthate—laying the groundwork for AuraCloud™’s luxuriously soft, moisture-wicking feel. This treatment is carefully controlled to uphold our commitment to both comfort and sustainability.

Quality Aging and Maturation
