Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your bank to process the transaction.
Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes. Simply initiate a return through your account and select 'Exchange' as the reason. We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return.
Product Care
We recommend hand washing your cashmere in cool water with a gentle detergent, or dry cleaning. Never wring or twist the fabric. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping while damp. Store folded (never hung) in a breathable garment bag.
Light pilling is natural for cashmere and typically decreases after the first few wears. Use a cashmere comb or fabric shaver to gently remove pills. Always work in one direction and avoid pressing too hard.
While we recommend hand washing for best results, some pieces can be machine washed on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Always check the care label on your specific garment for detailed instructions.
Store your knitwear folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use cedar blocks or lavender sachets to deter moths. Avoid hanging knits as this can cause stretching and distortion.
