A brand strategist who traded hustle culture for sustainable excellence. She builds her world upward through discernment and better choices.

"I used to say yes to everything. Now I say no to most things, and the work is better for it."
The Work
Simone runs a boutique brand strategy firm working with conscious consumer companies. She spent her 20s climbing the corporate ladder at a major agency, burning out twice before realizing the game was rigged. Now she works with fewer clients, charges more, and only takes projects that align with her values. "I used to say yes to everything," she reflects. "Now I say no to most things, and the work is better for it."
The Practice
She starts each day with 20 minutes of stretching and a green smoothie. No meetings before 10 AM. She blocks Fridays for deep work only, no calls, no emails. Travel is carefully curated: she stays in the same hotels, packs the same capsule wardrobe, and always brings noise-canceling headphones. Recovery is non-negotiable: monthly massages, weekly therapy, daily walks.
The Uniform
Simone has refined her wardrobe to a core collection of high-quality basics. Her go-to is a charcoal cashmere crewneck from Auralia, worn with tailored trousers or dark denim. "I used to chase trends," she admits. "Now I invest in pieces that last. It's not about having less, it's about having better." She rotates three cashmere sweaters, two pairs of trousers, and one perfect blazer.
